If he finds you interesting, he will get in touch with you in his turn and you can get to know each other closer!

    

2. What does the hint „ Unfortunately you can not send a message to this man“mean?

   You get this hint if you try to contact a man who has not acquired a contact me subscription and therefore can not be contacted. We are very sorry for you and the man in question. But in order he can see that he loses a chance to get contacted by a lady of his life, he gets a message, generated by our service that a lady has tried vainly to get in touch with him.

    

   Try your luck once again the following days. Probably he has acquired the necessary subscription by this time.

3. What message does the man get when I click at the icon „ send a letter“?

   This message is generated by our system and can not be changed by you. It is as follows:

   You can see it in the section your enquiries. You will find there a list of all the men that you have already contacted.

   An address subscription can be purchased only by men to enable them to get in touch with a lady or ladies from our gallery.  If a man wants to answer an enquiry from a lady he needs an address subscription.

1. What should I do if I get an enquiry?

   In short: Read the profile and answer the enquiry as soon as possible!

    

   How? We advise you to answer at first by E-mail. In order to do it, please copy the E-mail of the enquirer from the enquiry text and enter it in the section „ to“of your E-mail program. Please do not use the function “reply to”, as the answer will be sent to the Internetkontakte!

    

   Please answer the enquiry also in the case, if you are sure from the beginning that the enquirer is not the right one for you! The reply can be short, but polite.

    

   If there are complaints about unanswered enquiries, the Internetkontakte is entitled to temporarily close or even remove your profile from the gallery for good!

1. My E-mail has changed.

   It is no problem at all. Please use our contact form to tell us about the changes. We will try to enter them in your profile as soon as possible.

2. I want to replace my picture with another one. What should I do?

   You can not do it yourself. But you are welcome to send us your new picture using our contact form. After an appropriate check and the processing if necessary we will add the picture to your profile or replace the old one and put the current one.

3. What language should I use to write my message?

   It is recommended to write it in English or German. The more visitors understand the language the better. But you can also write your message in a few languages one version after another.

1. I go 2 weeks on vacation and would like to remove my profile for the time being from the gallery. Is it possible?

   Yes, please use our contact form to tell us about it. We will remove your profile for this time out of our gallery.

2. What does the little cross above the picture mean?

   With the help of the little cross you can add a man to the list of your favourites.  And how? Just click at the cross. In this way you can make your own gallery. When you have all the candidates you wanted, you can have a look at your choice in the section favourites and compare them.

    

3. What does it mean, when a profile of a man has a yellow cross in the picture?

   The yellow cross shows that the man in question is in your favourites’ list.

   It is the icon „send a letter“.  If you click here, you can send a message to a man as long as he has a contact me subscription.

5. Are all the registered men in the gallery?

   No. The gentlemen have an opportunity to publish their profile in the gallery, but they must not do it. Apparently the men are more shy then the women by nature. Indeed we have more registered than published profiles of the men.

6. What is the difference between various profiles?

   They are different as the men and women are put together there or listed there according to different criteria.

    

   New profiles: It shows all the gentlemen who have published their profiles recently.

    

   Top 100: It shows the most popular profiles.

    

   Only pictures: It shows as one can tell from the name only pictures. Thus you can see more gentlemen on one page.

    

   Picture gallery: It shows all the registered gentlemen sorted out according to their registration date.

    

   Video gallery: It shows all the gentlemen who do not have only pictures but also a video clip.

    

   But it does not matter in what gallery you are you can always have a better look at the profile of a gentleman by clicking at the picture.
